Exfoliate your skin glowing twice a week to keep your pores clean and to keep the blood circulation active. Use masks that are hydration and moisturizing for your skin. Besides all this, take multivitamins and all other essential supplements so that your body does not get weak during this month.
Get an adequate amount of sleep
Getting a proper amount of sleep may do you more good than any anti-aging cream or treatment. This is because when you are sleeping, your cells tend to repair themselves and make new ones.
Moreover, during sleep time, your whole body is going through a process of repair and rejuvenation. It’s not necessarily important to get long hours of sleep, a good quality 7 to 9 hours of sleep will do you equally well.
