This pandemic has seemed to take a toll on our mental health regardless of how we have all been saving our self from the simple meditation and physical aspects of it. Unfortunately, stress is the most unavoidable condition persisting right now in people of all ages.

However, it is possible to cater to it by practicing regular simple meditation. This practice is being done since years now and not only help you achieve nirvana but also build your potential and skills. It is one of the most effective ways to get a break from your ongoing issues and life and instead have some peaceful and alone time reflecting upon yourself. This way you’ll be more self-satisfied and will own up to your flaws which will automatically help your embrace them. Secondly, learn to forgive others as well. More often than not. Our mental health takes a toll on us due to the opinion or remarks others pass at us. You’re here for self-acceptance and embracement so once you make the opinions of others secondary, there is no way you will ever stop loving yourself.
