Next soak them in shampoo water mix for 5-10 minutes and then wash until all the product comes out. Finally, finish off with some conditioner to keep the bristle soft to make your application smoother and brush gentler on your skin. Simply place them horizontally so the shape remains intact and leave them to dry.
Beauty Blenders
Always prefer the disposable and organic option when it comes to sponge of any kind. However, if you for any reason choose to use the traditional ones then a lot goes into its care because sponges are home to so many kinds of bacteria.
Always start by dipping your sponges in a liquid soap and water mix for at least 20 minutes. Next, take out the sponges and squeeze them and wash them with liquid soap until all the products and dirty water come out.
Finish off by dipping and leaving your sponges in rubbing alcohol and water mix for 15 minutes. Take them out and rinse them with clean water once you’re done soaking them. Let the sponges dry completely before using them again.
Stick makeup
This includes makeup products like lipsticks, stick foundation and sticks eye shadows, etc. these makeup products can also be breeding ground for bacteria and germs. To clean them, simply take a glass and fill it with ¾ water and ¼ running alcohol and give a quick dip to the ticks inside the mix and then finish off with gently drying the water off them with the help of a wipe.
