With a global pandemic in place now. Our strong immunity is what really matters for our defense and health at this time. As it is what is going to ultimately help fight against the virus and become healthy again. Our immune system is the built-in defense system of our bodies that helps fight against illness and diseases.

Without a properly functioning immune system. Our body will be extremely exposed to and prone to catching different diseases and viruses. It is essential for all of us to take the required precautions for boosting up our strong immunity.

In order to do that. Our lifestyle and diet have to be altered as it plays a huge role in it. We asked around from some of the health experts about the tips they had to give and have complied with them for you.

Adopting a healthy lifestyle

It is extremely important to get at least 8 hours of sleep every day. While you sleep, your body goes into a repair and revitalization process, and during this time all your cells are repaired, and your organs regain their health and energy.

If you do not get enough sleep, your body and organs will not be rested enough to function at their fullest hence your body will not be at its strongest. Eat a healthy and balanced diet and skip on smoking because whatever you will put in your body. It will function that way. Eat healthy food like loads of fruits and take in a good amount of protein to build your muscle and make your body physically stronger.How to build a strong immunity against any virus types

Increase your vitamin C intake

Vitamin C is the major contributor to your immunity level. You need it in huge quantities to make your body stronger when fighting against any virus or bacteria. You can even make use of the supplements available in the market. If you cannot reach your daily prescribed Vitamin C intake from the diet you take.

Take vitamin C from citrus fruits as they are the ones that have the highest content of Vitamin C present in them. Drink fresh orange juice in the morning and go out some jog in the morning sun to make your body healthier. Take some hot water and out the juice of the lemon and some ginger in it to make a Vitamin C packed drink. Which will help strengthen your immunity by far. Drink this water mix every day and you will never be falling short on Vitamin C in your body.
