Keeping in view the situation these days, we are all pretty much up till late and stuck to either our phones or having a binge-watch Netflix session. It is not advisable to eat midnight snacks past 8 pm but when you stay up so late you are bound to feel hungry again and at this time.

Stock up on fruits as much as you can because they will help keep you hydrated for longer and will help flush out the toxins from your body. We get it, both of these things can be quite unhealthy but, we are talking about a specific type of each kind. Get some whole-grain crackers and some ricotta or mozzarella cheese and you will not have to worry about being unhealthy or gaining those extra kgs.

Whole grain or multi-grain crackers are packed with energy and they help to make your bones stronger so while you binge-eat, why not also get healthy side by side. Make up some healthy salsa or hummus to go with your cheese and crackers to make yourself a healthy snacking meal.

We are not talking about the packed popcorn here. Get yourself some kernels and make up your own popcorn! It will not only keep you busy, but it is such a fun activity that will help you burn some calories while you are preparing for yourself some delicious snack.
