Keep yourself hydrated

While you sleep at night, you are barely drinking any water for 8-10 hours. Imagine not drinking water for that long when you are awake. While our body is resting and we are only breathing, our body is still doing some kind of activity and that can leave us quite dehydrated.

So, it is important to keep a water bottle with you on your night table and not only drink water before going to bed but drink it in little quantities in between the night as well to wake up feeling full of energy and hydrated.

If you cannot drink water in between the night, then make sure you drink enough before sleep and when you wake up, drink up plenty of lemon water to cleanse your system, give you a kick of Vitamin C, and get you metabolism going. This will help make up for the water that you did not drink for those 8-10 hours that you were asleep.

After the age of 16-18 is when our aging process first begins. This is the time when we should be investing in good skincare products rather than spending heavily just on makeup products.
